eh.  I need to make better choices.  I need to not get so hungry I eat everything in sight.  6 more days of work and maybe after that things will work better for me.. . . .

I haven’t forgotten about this account, I’ve just been busy and still not feeling well.

I’m exhausted all the time and my head hurts all the time and it is hard to want to watch what I eat and work out.  I have joined a group of women and we are entering a challenge at a local women’s gym.  I got 8 free visits to this place as well so I should really check it out.  I even went and got new workout clothes since the shorts I had been working out in had seen better days, and even that doesn’t motivate me.  I’m hoping the change in meds will help but it’s only been 3 days so . . . . .

I also went to the store and went and bought some microwave meals to work on portion control and yogurt and cereal for breakfast so I can stop eating like crap.  I need to try harder, it’s just hard some days….

3 munchkins

snack:
1/2 bagel

lunch:
turkey and swiss sandwich
baked lays

cheese and crackers

dinner:
healthy choice meal
toast

Wow, can you believe it?

I biked for 25 minutes and then I began the C25K program I downloaded for my iTouch.  I joined the LJ group as well,  .

The app worked really well, telling me when to walk and run and keeping me focused. 

Now if I could just get some $$, I desperately need some new workout clothes.  My old Red Sox tshirts and old shorts suck and get so sweat laden.  At least I have my new running shoes.  :)

Not much to say or report.  Been trying to keep an eye on my eating with being on the juice and all.  ;)

It’s been hard since most of this week I was in agonizing pain.

I am going to my primary this week and maybe she has some ideas, idk.  

Unfortunately steroids=hunger for me so….

But I cleaned the house today and sweat my ass off. 

Gym tomorrow since I have NO excuse

I’ve had a horrid headache since Sunday and I just feel awful.

I might start counting WW points as opposed to calories since I can count to 24 easier than 1780 during the day in my head.

No exercise. 

I had a steroid infusion and i hope that works soon b/.c i am in agony and i want to work out so bad but I hurt so much.

I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to post what has been going on w/ my diet and or exercise.

Well not much.

Hopefully this week will be better, I have 2 days off and less work to be doing.  Unfortunately I will be starting a course of steroids which will not be helpful w/ my weight but maybe will get rid of my headaches for a while.

Today has been good so far.  I had some cereal for breakfast and Subway (turkey on wheat, splash of vinegreitte).  I have to go play softball soon so I am sure I will sweat my ass off since it is like 80 and super humid.

I was going to check out a spinning class tonight but when I got home I had such a headache and felt weird so I had to lay down and ended up napping most of the afternoon and then had to finish my final and do paperwork for the interview tomorrow.  Maybe tomorrow?

I went and got a pedi.  I has pretty toes now.  

I’m tired and I have a headache and cramps (tmi I know LOL) and I am cranky and it is fucking hot so I am not moving.  I’m going to read and relax and drink water and then get to work on writing my final for my 5th graders.

Today would have been fine if my mom hadn’t made a fattening lunch for me.  Oh well.  It was free food.  And it was good.  It isn’t like I have tuna every day.  Or chips.
